If your calendar doesn't appear, you may need to select it from the My Calendars list. Back on the CalDAV Synchronizer tab, choose Synchronize now to sync the calendar for the first time. The default is every 30 minutes, but you may want to sync your calendar more often. Choose how often you want Outlook to sync back to Team Calendars. Choose the calendar you want to subscribe to. If the test is successful you'll see a list of resources. Click the Test or discover settings button to connect to Team Calendars. Enter your Confluence username and password. Enter the Confluence URL you copied earlier in the DAV URL field. Select an existing calendar folder, or create a new one. Give your profile a name, for example Confluence Team Calendars. Choose Generic CalDAV / CardDAV from the Profile type screen. Click the + button to add a new profile. Choose CalDAV Synchronizer from the ribbon / toolbar. You'll be able to choose which calendar (that you've added to My Calendars) to sync in Outlook. If prompted, add the calendar to My Calendars.īecause the CalDAV Synchronization plugin supports calendar discovery, this will be your Confluence URL, not the URL of an individual calendar.
